Refurbishment of a Residential apartment Block.
Refurbishment of the tallest residential apartment block in Nottingham, which is to house 128 apartments and community/residential spaces to the ground floor and spans 21 floors.
The project was undertaken with the aim of providing a safe new environment to an existing building that has a single means of escape. The building has been stripped to core & shell and all new MEP services installed including sprinklers, smoke extraction systems, AOV’s, new 1Mv sub-station, bespoke over cladding etc.
